Who we are

Steward & Vision Solutions, also known as S&V Solutions, is an independent consultancy based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and during enquiries. Contact us at hello.svsolutions@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, the service you're interested in and anything you include in your message. The website contact form opens your own email service; it doesn't store the information on this website.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, discuss possible work, prepare proposals and take steps towards a contract. The lawful basis is usually our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries or taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Where required, we rely on consent.

Cookies

The site uses a necessary browser-storage item to remember your cookie choice. Necessary technology doesn't require consent. Optional analytics will only be used if you choose “Accept all”. You can clear your browser storage to withdraw that choice. We don't use advertising cookies.

Sharing and international transfers

We don't sell your information. We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, email and business administration. Where a provider processes information outside the UK, we use an approved transfer safeguard where the law requires one. We may also share information where legally required.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become client work are normally deleted within 24 months. Contract, invoice and tax records are normally kept for six years after the relevant financial year. Information connected to client delivery is kept only as long as the contract, law or a genuine business need requires.

Your rights

UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to certain uses, and receive a portable copy. You may withdraw consent at any time. Email us to exercise a right. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security and changes

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. No online service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy when our services or legal duties change, and will show the new date above.
