Services & pricing

Three clear ways to work together.

Everything is priced on a day rate, so the options are easy to compare. A day is seven working hours, nothing is billed by the hour, and all work begins with a signed scope. Rates are valid to 31 March 2027.

For founders, entrepreneurs & organisations

Choose the support that fits

Lowest day rate

01 · Support retainer

Ongoing support

A protected block of days each month for the work that keeps your organisation running: diary, suppliers, invoicing, systems, reporting and team routines.

from £450 per day

About £3,600 a month for 8 days (two days a week)

Best for ongoing right-hand support.

02 · Events

In person or virtual

Planning days beforehand, a coordination lead on the day, and a written review afterwards. Book it as a package or day by day.

from £600 per day

Half days from £300 · virtual session £450

Best for live events, offsites and online sessions.

03 · Project delivery

A defined outcome

One piece of work with a clear end point, such as a launch, a funded piece of work or a systems move. Discovery to handover for a fixed fee.

from £850 per day

Focused projects from £3,400

Best for a launch or one-off initiative.

Not sure which fits?

Think about the shape of the problem. A defined piece of work with an end point is project delivery. A constant pressure that never quite goes away is the retainer. A date in the diary that must run well is events. They can be combined and many clients start with a project before moving into a retainer.

Support retainer

Ongoing support, priced by commitment

The minimum is two days a week. It costs roughly half the project rate because the time is guaranteed, and a longer term reduces the rate on every invoice. A month is four working weeks. Up to two unused days can roll forward for one month only and extra days are charged at your retainer rate.

from £3,750

Four planning days, one set-up day and one day on site.

Above ~80 guests

from £5,750

Eight to nine days across a longer planning window.

On the day only

from £1,050

Handover and coordination on the day itself.

Virtual

from £750

Run-only. £2,250 for a single session, £4,350 multi-session.

Project delivery

A fixed fee for a defined result

The fee is the £850 day rate multiplied by the days the scope needs. Once agreed, it's fixed: if the work takes longer, that time is absorbed by S&V. Every project includes discovery and a roadmap, systems and templates set up, hands-on delivery, stakeholder updates and risk tracking, and a handover pack. Half days are £450.
