Website Terms & Conditions

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the S&V Solutions website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Contact us at hello.svsolutions@gmail.com.
Website information
The website gives general information about our services and indicative prices. It isn't professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and it isn't a binding offer. A consultancy engagement starts only when both parties sign a written scope or agreement.
Prices and availability
Published prices are in pounds sterling and are subject to the scope, availability and the rate-validity date shown. S&V isn't currently VAT registered. Travel and third-party costs are separate unless a proposal says otherwise. A written proposal will confirm the final fee before work begins.
Consultancy work
Client work is governed by the signed scope and S&V terms of business, not these website terms. Those documents cover payment stages, changes, cancellation, confidentiality, data processing, intellectual property, liability and ending the engagement.
Intellectual property
The website, its wording, branding, layouts and original materials belong to Steward & Vision Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view and print pages for your own lawful, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or adapt them without written permission.
Links and availability
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don't control or endorse their content. We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but can't promise that it will always be uninterrupted, current or free from errors.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't responsible for loss caused by relying on general website information, temporary unavailability, or third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We may update them as the website or law changes. The latest version and date will appear here.
